WHOLESALE COFFEE TRAINING

Serving quality coffee is vital to the success and reputation of your business. To help your team make the perfect cup of Merlo Coffee, we offer complimentary coffee training in a way which is most valuable for you and your staff.

We can work with trainees on-site in your café, remotely through an online training session, or at our training facility located in Fortitude Valley. We offer one-on-one or group sessions personalised to suit your requirements, level of expertise, and areas of interest.

COMPLIMENTARY TRAINING SESSIONS

BASIC COFFEE TRAINING

Best suited to beginners, those with some industry experience, or experienced baristas new to using Merlo Coffee.


ADVANCED COFFEE TRAINING

Best suited to experienced baristas wanting to refresh and update their skill set and increase their product knowledge.


TRAINING THE TRAINER

Best suited to managers and leaders of larger teams who can pass their learned knowledge on through in-house training.
Please note: while the training sessions are free, there is an $80 cancellation fee if you provide less than 48 hours notice.
