Welcome to our Merlo Coffee head office and main roasting facility. Our Eagle Farm store services all of our flagship cafes and wholesale café partners Australia-wide.

At Merlo Coffee Eagle Farm, all of our baristas have undergone a rigorous coffee training program to ensure they make the perfect cup every time. Our knowledgeable team is dedicated to helping you find your ideal blend or single-origin coffee beans. With their expert guidance, you'll discover the perfect match for your taste preferences.

But it doesn't stop there. We also offer in-store grinding services to ensure your beans are perfectly prepared for your preferred brewing method. If you're a fan of plunger coffee, we'll grind your beans to bring out the full flavour and aroma.
