Q. Who is eligible for this promotion?
A. Anyone who purchases a mimimum 1kg coffee beans or 60pk of capsules online only at merlo.com.au during the promotional period of Wednesday 13/11/2024 12:01am AEST to Monday 2/12/2024 11:59pm AEST.

 

Q. How do I know if I have been entered into the promotion?
A. If you purchase online during the promotional period, you will automatically go into the chance to win from a prize pool worth over $8,000.

 

Q. Do I need to enter a code at checkout?
A. No, this is not required for this promotion. If you have paid in full at the time of your order, you are in the running.

 

Q. How do I know if I have won a share in the prize pool?
A. You will find a gold, silver or bronze ticket in your delivery box (so make sure you check it carefully as we cannot replace it).

 

Q. What if my subscription order is set to be processed outside of the promotional period?
A. Then you will not qualify for entry into the promotion.

 

Q. Can I change my subscription processing date to enter?
A. Yes, you can do this online via your subscription portal or by contacting Merlo customer service team via email on info@merlo.com.au to have this updated.

A. No, you do not. This is for online purchases only. PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is running online only via merlo.com.au and is open to Australian residents only. The promotion runs from 12.01am AEST Wednesday 13 November 2024 to 11:59pm AEST Monday 2 December 2024. All orders received during this period, which contain 1kg of coffee (including cumulative totals, eg. 2 x 500g bags) or a 60-pack of capsules (including cumulative totals eg. 6 x 10 packs) will be eligible. There is no requirement to enter a promotion code at checkout. There is no need to be logged into your Friend of Merlo account. All active subscriber customers who have an order fall within the promotion period will receive an entry into the prize draw. Subscriber customers are welcome to amend their delivery date(s) to fall within the promotion period, and in doing so, will then have a valid chance to recieve a winning ticket. Every eligible order placed in a separate transaction during the promotional period will count as an additional entry, increasing the chances of winning a share of the $8,000 prize pool.

PRIZES: There is no ability to exchange prizes for cash or credit. To redeem prizes, all ticket recipients must contact Merlo via marketing@merlo.com.au before 5pm AEST Friday 6 December 2024, stating: (i) their full name (ii) contact phone number (iii) photo of the ticket in the Merlo box and (iiii) the unique ticket ID number. Instructions are also detailed on the back of the printed tickets.

GOLDEN TICKET WINNER (1): The lucky finder of the Golden Ticket will recieve free-of-charge the following: (a) a Sanremo CUBE home espresso machine in one of the following colours* - stainless steel, black, white, pink, blue, yellow, green or red, and (b) a Sanremo AllGround coffee grinder in one of the aforementioned colours*, and (c) 6 months of free coffee from Merlo Coffee, provided in the form of a $300.00 Merlo e-gift card. The e-gift card can be used via merlo.com.au and will be valid for 12 months. It can be used to purchase any of our Signature Blends (whole beans or ground) or Coffee Capsules.

*Note: We cannot guarantee all colour variants of the Sanremo machine and grinder will be in stock when the winner is notified. However, if an out-of-stock colour is requested, Sanremo will order it, and dispatch to the winner upon arrival. Both items will be shipped from Sanremo Coffee Machines’ Sydney office, and Merlo will cover the delivery cost.

SILVER TICKET WINNERS (3): The 3 winners of the Silver tickets will each receive a Merlo e-gift card to the value of $300.00. This can be used via merlo.com.au and will be valid for 12 months. It can be used to purchase any of our Signature Blends (whole beans or ground) or Coffee Capsules.
