After 30 years it is clear that our greatest asset is, and has always been, our people.

From making coffee to roasting and packing beans in our warehouse, from being on the road with our wholesale partners, to working in our head office, the common trait in all of our people, is their outstanding customer service, strong work ethic and fantastic attitude.

Many of our valued staff members have been with the company since it began. The greatest example of this is our CEO, James Wilkinson. James started in the packing department in 1999. He then moved from filling orders through our Wholesale and Retail operations, all the way to the top.
