Our roasters have been developing the flavour profile of our Black Bear Cold Press for close to six months and finally, it’s here.
Carefully crafted from a new secret blend of Merlo roasted coffee beans, Black Bear Cold Press is now available in all Merlo Coffee stores and selected businesses in South East Queensland. Merlo’s Black Bear is sweeter, smoother and very cool.
The cold, gentle process (pictured) brings out a smoother, sweeter and less acidic brew than traditional cooled espresso, with no bitterness.
With approximately two shots of coffee per bottle, this is an ice cold coffee for the real coffee drinker.

Black Bear Cold Press is available at all Merlo Coffee retail stores for $5.50/bottle and at select cafes and restaurants that serve Merlo.
